U.S. State Government Agency looking for a real estate solution
The Challenge
The State Real Estate (SRE) agency issued an RFP during the height of the pandemic in June 2020 for assistance with integration, technical support and maintenance activities. These activities were being provided by an incumbent IBM partner.
The primary focus of the project was to complete upgrades and shift to the IBM cloud and then to move the system to FedRamp.
Besides expanding its TRIRIGA footprint to Space Management and Capital Projects, SRE also wanted to review mobile options.
